Most of the bladder tumors are urothelial carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma. Trophoblastic differentiation of urothelial carcinoma is a rare tumor of the bladder. These tumors secrete Human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) and HPL and they have different immunohistochemical characteristics from placental trophoblastic tumors.
