Invasive bladder cancer afflicts both the surgeon and the patient in choice of the treatment options. So many variables except the nature of the disease are also confusing this situation. Radical cystectomy and urinary diversion is gold standart therapy for this patient group. But partial cystectomy is a good alternative because of less morbidity and good survival rates. Partial cystectomy can ensure qualified life without tumor in accurately selected patients.
