Testis tumor, which is a curable type of cancer by efficient methods today, and infertility are entities that has been seen in similar age group and are affected from common developmental and environmental factors. Additionally, treatment modalities for testis tumor have the potential to cause or deteriorate infertility. In this review, the developmental relationship of these two entities and the strategies for preservation and regaining of fertility in regard of testicular cancer treatment are summarized.
