ABSTRACT

Tumor resection is performed firstly in treatment of non muscle invasive bladder cancer. After than, intravesical therapies are performed to prevent recurrencies and progressions. Most effective intravesical treatment to prevent progression is intravesical BCG. There are different BCG strains for intravesical use. The current view is that different strains do not differ in efficacy. Thus, any of the commercially available strains currently can be used intravesically.
