ABSTRACT
Abstract: Testicular germ cell tumors are rare malignancies that are highly curable. These treatment approaches require a correct diagnosis and adequate prognostic information. Pathology report should include the tumor type, proportion of different types in mixed germ cell tumors, tumor diameter, presence of intratubular germ cell neoplasia, necrosis, lymphovascular invasion, invasion of adjacent structures, and lymph node metastasis. A careful investigation of residual tumor cells in excised residual masses post-chemotherapy is essential.
