ABSTRACT

Testicular tumors are relatively rare and represents 1-1.5% of all male cancers. However, testicular cancers are the most common malignencies in 15-35 year old men and different from the other malignencies the incidence of this tumor does not increase with the age.

Testicular and testicular adnexial neoplasms in elderly men are completely different from the neoplasms seen in younger men. In this paper the clinic and pathologic features and diagnosis and treatment of testicular and paratesticular region neoplasms seen frequently in elderly men have been rewieved.
