ABSTRACT
Radical cystectomy with urinary tract reconstruction currently remains the standard treatment for invasive non-metastatic bladder cancer. Urinary diversion techniques have been developed during the last decade. The main goal of these changes is to increase quality of life in patients with bladder cancer. There are many researches about the influence of urinary diversion techniques on quality of life. The striking point about these previous studies is the instrument that examines the life quality of these patients is not standardized. In the present review, effect on quality of life of urinary diversion has been discussed with literature.
